Year end – this is an interesting time for me. I get to find some quality time to reflect on the year that has been and start thinking about what I want to do in the year coming. I enjoy the thinking space I get once I have tidied up the loose ends and find myself with a bit of spare time. One of the things I've been reflecting on is relationships. I am in a space where I feel like being fairly choosy about who I want to work with. I like open and honest relationships and where I don't find this happening, instead of getting wound up about it and trying to fix something that is unfixable, I am more confident about letting those ones go. I don't have the energy to invest in negative behaviour – so I wont. I am looking forward to next year. I see lots of positive new relationships coming my way along with the strengthening of the old ones that I have chosen to keep and nurture. Our business is growing and we are working on new ideas that will start to flourish over the coming months. 2010 will be an exciting and innovative year for us – bring it on!
