One of the more useful Open Source tools we use is SugarCRM. SugarCRM is a Customer Relationship Management system (CRM). A CRM is used to track and organise contacts with current and potential customers or clients.
Those of you who have been to this site before will notice that we have a new site design. This was long overdue as the old site was difficult to manage and was also looking a bit stale. We decided to build the site around a Content Management System (CMS) to facilitate easy updates and also because it enabled us to introduce new components into the site.
